Not yet. Delayed sending is something we don’t currently offer.
You can, however, schedule a followup email to be sent at a later date. This can be done by using FollowUpThen in the ‘cc’ field as described here.
An email will be sent immediately. The followup will be automatically scheduled at the scheduled time.
