If you have response detection enabled, we will detect the response and automatically cancel your followup. If you do not, and the recipient doesn’t ‘reply all’, we won’t know the message has a response and so will not offer to cancel the reminder for you. You can always cancel the reminder by forwarding the response to cancel@followupthen.com. This will search your followups by subject, automatically canceling it if found.
