In most cases we have found the cause to be a spam filter. This could be operating on your computer or on your network (before the message even gets to your computer).
Here are some ideas to get help the message get through:
- Check your spam folder
- Add ‘noreply@followupthen.com’ to your address book and / or whitelist.
- If your company manages their own mail server (ie, Microsoft Exchange), ask your IT department to whitelist anything from @followupthen.com.
- Re-send the verification message by composing an email to 1m@followupthen.com (or any other date format). We will respond with a new verification message.
It has also happened in the past that someone mis-typed part of their email address.
Easily re-send your validation email, by simply going to our home page and entering your email again.
If nothing seems to be working please contact us. We’ll look into the issue in more detail to see if we can help.
