“Email Actions” are the buttons in your emails that allow you to perform various actions, for example, postponing a followup.

FollowUpThen can handle these buttons in two ways. When clicking on the link, we can either:

1. Take you to a URL that performs the action (slower)
2. Compose a new “action email” which you can send to perform the action (faster)

To take advantage of the faster “action email” method, you may need to configure your computer so that the proper email program opens when you click the link.
