In privacy mode, FollowUpThen discards email message bodies and attachments when new reminders are scheduled. These followups still arrive at the scheduled time, but only with the subject.

This works well if you have “conversation view” or “threading” turned on in your email program.  The subject-only followup conveniently resurfaces the earlier messages in the conversation thread. You can then just reply to a previous message on the thread.

In FollowUpThen v3, privacy mode:

• Only affects followups scheduled when privacy mode is active. Previously scheduled followups remain intact.
• Records the people referenced in email headers (to/cc) within the “People” section.
• Does not record people from the forward-block when an email is forwarded to FollowUpThen.
