FollowUpThen “Skills” (such as response detection, SMS reminders and calendar integration) are optional add-ons that can streamline your workflow and boost your productivity. Some of these skills come with your account. Others require an additional fee.

Everyone manages their inbox a bit differently.  This is why FollowUpThen for Teams allows each team member to have their own unique set of skills installed.

This is not only efficient and economical, it invites you to explore FollowUpThen to discover tools and techniques that can help you get more done in less time.

Team Member Budgets

Your plan administrator can assign an optional budget to your account, allowing you to browse and purchase skills in our (growing) skills directory.

Your available budget can be seen under the Account dropdown menu.

Managing Your Budget

View all add-ons currently active on your account under your billing page.

Click the “+” to view what is included in the subscription.

Click the “x” to cancel the add-on.

Canceling a subscription add-on frees up your monthly budget, allowing you to use it on another skill.

Rest assured knowing that we credit your company with any unused portion of this subscription. If your company is on the yearly billing plan and you try a skill for 1 day, they will be credited 1/365th of that subscription (almost a full refund).

Similarly, if you do not use your budget, we do not bill your company.
